Yen Press Licenses “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Wraith Arc” Manga Series
Yen Press announced today via their Twitter the license acquisition of the manga series “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Wraith Arc”.
Synopsis: All the witches in the universe may have disappeared, but in their place, emotion-eating “wraiths” prey on humanity. The magical girls fight to protect Mitakihara City once more…
Yen Press will publish “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Wraith Arc” by author Magica Quartet
and artist Hanokage, for the first time in North America in print and digital platforms. The manga will be released in November 2021.
Yen Press currently publishes “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”, “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Different Story”, “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Homura's Revenge!”, “Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Movie -Rebellion-” and “Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story”.
The original 12-episode TV anime “Puella Magi Madoka Magica” was released in 2011 and can currently be streamed on Funimation, Crunchyroll, HBO Max, Hulu and Netflix in subtitles and English dubbing.
