“I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day” TV Anime Set To Premiere July 7

The official website for “I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day” announced that the Yuri TV anime is set to premiere on July 7, 2026. Crunchyroll will simulcast the Girls Love anime as it airs in Japan as part of their Summer 2026 Anime Season.

Based on the manga by Nachi Aono, “I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day” anime stars Rina Hidaka as ‘Mimi Kagari’ and Rie Talahashi as ‘Sheena Totsuka’. Takudai Kakuchi is set to direct the series at ROLL2 with Yasushi Tomoda as assistant director. Character designs will be handled by Kyoko Yufu with series composition by Jukki Hanada. The anime is being produced by Infinite.

The “I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day” (My Wish is Fall In Love Until You Die) manga was first serialized by Ichijinsha’s Comic Yuri Hime and Ichijin Plus manga website in 2018 in Japan. The manga currently has 9 volumes.

Publisher Kodansha USA is releasing the manga in English. Volume 8 was released on April 28, 2026.

Kodansha Synopsis: Death lurks behind a mysterious orphanage where children train to become magical weapons of war. Among them is Sheena, who longs to stop the fighting and end the conflict. On one gruesome night, Sheena meets a strange girl covered in blood, with a smile on her face. The mysterious girl turns out to be a secret weapon—an immortal child soldier named Mimi. When the two become roommates, there is growing tension and attraction. How will the peace-loving Sheena live with someone who welcomes death?
