“Blue Reflection Ray” Reveals New Key Art And Trailer For Second Half Of Season
The official website for “Blue Reflection Ray” revealed new key art and trailer for the second half of the season. The anime is currently streaming on Funimation.
Previously announced new characters Ryoka Tachibana aka Ryo Kaede, voiced by Yurika Hirayama, and Amiru Sumeragi aka Ami Ryu, voiced by Ayumi Mano, are featured in the new key art.
In the trailer, the new ending theme song “Fluoresce” by ACCAMER is teased along with the new opening theme song "Atok" by Eir Aoi.
“Blue Reflection Ray” premiered on April 9, 2021 and is confirmed for 2 cours (6 months). The series is currently being simulcast on Funimation. The anime is be produced by J.C. Staff and stars Manaka Iwami as Hiori Hirahara, Haruka Chisuga as Ruka Hanari, Yuka Takakura as Momo Tanabe, and Hitomi Ohwada as Miyako Shirakaba.
Synopsis: This is a story that connects the glittering feelings. Joy, sadness, anger. People's feelings are the power that everyone has, but they cannot see. At times, that power may even change the world. The series follows Yosakurari Hirahara, who is always positive and can’t leave alone people who are in trouble, and Rinatsu Hanari, who is clumsy because she doesn't know how to get along with people. How will the encounter between the two girls, who can be said to be contrasting, change themselves and the world?
The series is based on the 2017 released role-playing game “Blue Reflection” by developer Gust and Koei Tecmo.
A new game called “Blue Reflection Tie” was recently announced on Twitter and will launch for PlayStation 4 and Switch on October 21, 2021 in Japan. It will be followed by PC via Steam at a later date.
In addition, the franchise revealed another upcoming game entitled “Blue Reflection Sun” that will launch for smartphones and PC.
