“Futaribeya: A Room for Two” Yuri Manga To End With Volume 10
The official Twitter of Gentosha's Comic Boost announced that the Yuri manga “Futaribeya: A Room for Two” by Yukiko will end in its next chapter on June 30, 2023.
“Futaribeya” creator Yukiko released on Twitter a special illustration (above) to commemorate the announcement. In addition, Comic Boost announced that Volume 10 will be released on July 24, 2023 in Japan. Melon Books will also release an exclusive Art Book “ma chérie” by Yukiko to celebrate the final volume release. In the US, Tokyopop is set to release Volume 10 for digital purchase on August 15, 2023 and in print on September 12, 2023.
“Futaribeya: A Room for Two” was initially launched in Gentosha's Monthly Comic Birz magazine in 2014 until it was closed. The Yuri manga went on to be published by Comic Boost in 2019. Tokyopop publishes the Girls Love manga in the US under their Love x Love label.

This four-panel-style comic follows the everyday life of two high school roommates as they go to class together, tackle the mundane necessities of laundry and grocery shopping for two, and learn more about one another in a cute and heartwarming series of short stories.
Author and artist Yukiko is one of the most iconic Yuri artists and beyond “Futaribeya”, has contributed to many Yuri works including the “Whenever Our Eyes Meet... Yuri Anthology” and the “Syrup: Yuri Anthology” as well as illustrating the light novel series “Onna Doushi to ka Arenai Desho to Iiharu Onna no Ko wo, Hyakukakan de Tetteiteki ni Otosu Yuri no Ohanashi” (A Yuri Story About a Girl Who Insists "It's Impossible for Two Girls to Get Together" Completely Falling Within 100 Days). Yukiko released the Yuri anthology “Cats and Sugar Bowls” in 2020 in Japan. Seven Seas Entertainment released the anthology in the US on September 2022.
